The Alhambra Apartments

At 860 Geary St. you will find this Moorish style building. Originaly built in the 1920's, it is named after the Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain. Like it's namesake, our Alhambra is an architectural wonder. From the dome on the roof of the 3 bedroom 2 bath penthouse into the intricate, hand painted plaster work in the circular lobby, down to the tropical garden in the back this is truly one of the most unique buildings in SF.

Today there are 42 apartments with studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.  Most units have hardwood floors and have been updated with new cabinets and appliances. The two penthouses have private roof decks. All tenants have access to the garden in the rear of the building. There is a newer laundry facility with 4 washers and 4 dryers.  The building is clean.. All common areas are cleaned weekly and there is recycling in the basement. There is an on-site manager and an emergency after hours pager #. 

There is a parking garage located directly across the street that can provide monthly parking.

UTILITIES

Water, garbage and heat are included in the rent. All apartments are wired for cable TV and tenants must set up their own accounts with the local cable provider.
