We require that all tennants have good credit and provide a security deposit at least equal to 1 months rent + $200.00.  Only named tennants will be allowed to reside in the apartment. Identification must be provided to management.  Proof of employment and/or income must be provided.

Cats are allowed in some of our buildings with an additional $150.00 security deposit.  No dogs in any units.

All tenants will sign and abide by house rules.
